Vamana (Therapeutic Emesis)
Targeted elimination of excess Kapha dosha, beneficial in chronic respiratory conditions and metabolic imbalances.
TRADITIONAL AYURVEDIC PURIFICATION
Panchakarma represents the cornerstone of Ayurvedic bio-purification and deep cellular rejuvenation. Designed to eliminate accumulated metabolic toxins (Ama) and restore balance among the Tridoshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).
Enquire about Panchakarma
Panchakarma is not a one-size-fits-all procedure. Specific therapies are determined strictly after an individual clinical assessment of your constitution (Prakriti), current imbalance (Vikriti), age, digestive capacity (Agni), and physical strength (Bala).
THE FIVE ACTIONS
Classical Ayurveda outlines three sequential stages in Panchakarma: Purva Karma (preparatory internal oleation and herbal steam), Pradhana Karma (the primary elimination procedures), and Paschat Karma (post-treatment dietary rehabilitation and restorative regimen).
By preparing bodily tissues through Snehana (medicated oil application) and Swedana (sudation), deep-seated toxins are channeled toward the alimentary canal for natural and gentle elimination, supporting natural vitality and longevity.
PRIMARY PROCEDURES
Each therapy is chosen and customized according to the patient's diagnostic profile.
Targeted elimination of excess Kapha dosha, beneficial in chronic respiratory conditions and metabolic imbalances.
Clearing excess Pitta dosha from the liver and gallbladder to support skin health, digestion, and metabolic balance.
The primary therapy for Vata dosha, supporting neurological wellness, chronic joint stiffness, and bowel function.
Application of medicated oils through nasal pathways to clear sinuses, alleviate chronic headaches, and support mental clarity.
Traditional supportive therapy indicated for specific dermatological conditions and localized toxic accumulations.
Soothing continuous warm oil flow on the forehead combined with therapeutic whole-body herbal massage for deep nervous relaxation.
